Monocle in N21 is fully equipped with state of the art equipment. It's wonderfully reassuring to have the group of vision tests performed by one optometrist.   Helena is meticulous, warm and honest and she provides a detailed and comprehensive eye exam.  Her refreshing approach is a far cry from the more  impersonal and often rushed services I received at other opticians. Helena and Rav provide an unparallelled service in the heart of Winchmore Hill.  Rav is incredibly astute and has always helped me find the right frames in  a style that is best suited to my prescription whilst also  considering the comfort and suitability of the frames. I was recently seen at short notice when I had an emergency and unable to get to A&E.  Helena remained the consummate professional and insisted on a full examination, assessment and then further advised next steps. I've always been delighted with the high quality and unique frames I've been helped to select. More recently, I've  surprised myself by edging ever further out of my comfort zone. Thank you Helena and Rav for bringing Monocle to the local area and for always creating such a fascinating display on the shop front.

Decided to change from my previous Optom to Monocle as it was more practical as it was local to me and based on 5* reviews. Rav & Helena are great. Super friendly ,helpful and great service The eye test was thorough ..not rushed (unlike the big outfits). Will be coming here from now on.
